Workshop Strategies to Manage your Emotions in Pregnancy and Maternity

Because they have always told us what to do, but not how, this workshop is aimed at women in the different stages of their motherhood who wish to delve a little deeper into emotions and the strategies that will allow them to manage them in the best possible way.

We will see you specifically: Strategies distributed in three pillars self-knowledge, self-management and self-care, which will allow you to face the challenges and enjoy your process more every day.

It will be taught by Endalys Contreras Professional Coach, Mother, Lactation Consultant.

It will be held on Thursday, December 9 at 8:30 p.m.
