Workshop Prepare your Lactation

Online Workshop PREPARE YOUR BREASTFEEDING, which will be held on Saturday, September 25 at 11 a.m. (11 a.m.) through the zoom app.

We will talk about how to achieve a happy and pain-free breastfeeding, with topics such as:

• What to expect the first few days?
• Feeding and docking positions without pain
• Breastfeeding more than food
• Lactation crisis, what are they and how to cope
• How to collaborate in the process (for foster couple)
• Exterogestation and the puerperium
• Debunking classic outdated myths
• We will share doubts and experiences

The Workshop lasts 2 hours.
